LOL. den lessons lessons. den after sch band. sectional pract. tdy our section de sectional was quite special. hahah. wan train their volume den go open area play lo. den run 2 small round around the dunnoe wad lar. haha. and it took them a very short time cause we kinda like sprinting? but den after the 2 short round, panting like mad. but nice seh. as in when go bk play trb really got help. haha. next fri will be 2 rounds around sch. and i believe this time we'll take a long time le. hoho! nvm, train diaphram!
